Event Support Team Ltd (company number 09025788, registered office Fulford House, Newbold Terrace, Leamington Spa, CV32 4EA) runs this website and is the controller of the personal information described here. What we collect and why

Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run this website and the helpdesk where our team answers enquiries: our website and helpdesk hosts and the email service we reply through. They act on our instructions. Some of them may process information outside the UK; where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to limit it. Email info@estuk.co.uk to use any of these rights.
If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
