Working as a single, integrated team, EST sourced and managed camping facilities, coordinated continuous park-and-ride shuttles, and implemented a tailored signage plan to keep arrivals clear. On site, SIA-licensed security, car-parking teams, and crowd-control stewards maintained steady flow across entrances, halls, and overnight areas.
