EST powers smooth operations at Insomnia 2015

Coventry — Bank Holiday weekend. Event Support Team (EST) delivered end-to-end operations for the Insomnia gaming festival at the Ricoh Arena, overseeing campsites, off-site parking, shuttle bus services, event signage, and on-the-ground staffing.

Working as a single, integrated team, EST sourced and managed camping facilities, coordinated continuous park-and-ride shuttles, and implemented a tailored signage plan to keep arrivals clear. On site, SIA-licensed security, car-parking teams, and crowd-control stewards maintained steady flow across entrances, halls, and overnight areas.

Organisers reported strong attendance and a smooth experience both on and off site, with EST’s joined-up approach helping fans move quickly between travel hubs, campsites, and the arena throughout the weekend.
